What is the difference between Management 3.0 Workshops?
Each workshop is of course a little different because each workshop has different attendees. Our awesome team of management coaches adapts the workshops for attendees, as well as each attendee drives discussion and story-telling. Both the Management 3.0 two-day workshop and the #Workout one-day workshop have different approaches to the same management challenges. Anyone looking to improve her leadership style or his approach to management would benefit from attending either or both workshops.
Both Management 3.0 workshops include solutions for:

While both workshops address these topics, they do so with different methodologies.
The two-day Management 3.0 workshop splits between theoretical and practical agile management. It was created for software development but has been adapted by all sorts of agile teams around the world. Day One focuses on how to energize people and empower teams. Day Two dives into aligning constraints and developing competencies. This workshop is based on leadership guru Jurgen Appelo‘s first best-seller, also called Management 3.0.
The one-day #Workout workshop is fully hands-on and, like the full-color book it’s named after, often includes a bit more play, games and laughter. From even before it begins, attendees are applying the exercises and best practices with fellow attendees that they will then take back to their own teams. The book this workshop is based on #Workout: Games, Tools, and Practices to Engage People, Improve Work, and Delight Clients, which was written by Jurgen in reaction to the desire from all sorts of leadership influencers to apply agile and modern management practices to their own teams.
Both workshops are heavily adapted by our management coaches to the audience and can be also given in-house to whole organizations or teams. You can take one or the other workshop, but, since they both address common themes from different perspectives, if you can take a three-day course, these workshops, like their books, make a perfect pair. While you are able to just pick one or the other, more than half of the attendees attend both together when they have the opportunity.
