Structure of the Online Working Together Anywhere Workshop
The online workshop exists out of four sessions. Every session is 90 minutes and is highly interactive. The topics of the four sessions are:
- Set Expectations for How to Work Together
- Working Together Online
- Have memorable online meetings
- Manage Online Teams
Every session has some theory, exercises, and looking back at the previous weeks. At the end of every session, you decide what you would like to try out for the next session. By doing this, you can directly try out the things you learn during the workshop.
We piloted the Work Together Anywhere workshop with several teams at Rabobank. I can see a difference between the teams who took the workshop and the teams that didn’t. Teams who followed the workshop are having more effective remote stand-up meetings, retrospectives, and planning sessions.

Session 2 – Working together online
Increase the feeling of togetherness on your remote team by creating a productive and enjoyable virtual workspace.
One of the biggest disadvantages of working in remote teams is the feeling of loneliness. Also, the lack of communication is a big problem. We all know communication is important but still, we don’t get it well. In this session, you will learn how to help the team to be close together, communicate well, keep connected to each other.
